Moving with What Is – An Embodiment Circle

In this embodiment circle we let our bodies speak what words cannot. Here, we move not to achieve or perfect, but to listen—softly and curiously —to the sensations, energies, and emotions that flow through our body and inner world.

Each movement is an invitation to be present with ourselves, just as we are.

Our bodies hold stories, longings, boundaries, emotions, and truths, waiting to be heard. Through simple, guided movement and somatic (body-based) practices we explore reconnecting with the body and its wisdom. We allow what is moving underneath the surface to rise up and unfold, not by thinking or analyzing, but by feeling and honouring what arises.

Moving with What Is is a gentle healing and self-support practice for those longing to deepen their self-connection and tap into empowered inner states in an embodied way. We stay curious as we explore awakening, reconnecting with, and reclaiming the emotions and felt experiences that we have been taught to forget. Together, we tend to our inner sacred aliveness by creating movement in our body and inner world.

In this circle, there is no rush, no expectation—only a gentle, supportive space where you are free to explore what you are holding in your body and in your heart. It is a place where the body leads, and where we come together, sharing and witnessing one another with care and confidentiality.

Whether you are seeking comfort, healing, or a deeper connection with yourself, Moving with What Is offers a soft place to land, where you can move with whatever is present, and be held in the process.

The circle is unrecorded, and a gentle and trauma-informed environment. It contains a mix of guided embodiment and movement practices, reflection, and sharing and witnessing in circle

This Workshop Inludes:

  • Guided somatic (body-based) practices and simple movement exercises—designed to attune us to our inner experiences, sensations, and emotions

  • Space to reflect, share and witness each other

  • Movement at a slow pace, allowing to integrate what has been explored

Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in, and bring a journal and a pen.
