Cancellation Policy (48-Hours)
Lise Lønsmann maintains a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. To cancel or reschedule a session, you must notify Lise 48 hours in advance of the session. Canceled sessions with less than 48 hours notice are subject to full session payment.
All session payments are non-refundable. If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, you are welcome to reschedule your session to another available time.
Clients are asked to commit to their scheduled session times. While Lise understands that unexpected situations may arise, frequent rescheduling creates challenges in maintaining an efficient schedule. Please only reschedule when absolutely necessary.

No-Show Policy
In the case that you do not provide any advance warning that you need to cancel or reschedule and you do not attend the agreed-upon session time, the full session fee for the missed session will be required before any further work can continue.
